Agustin Lopez, Chair

Agustin Lopez is a Senior Civil Engineer with SacSewer and manages the Capacity Management group. With nearly 27 years at SacSewer, Agustin has worked in multiple roles, including more than 20 years in Design, leading projects of all sizes, and nearly six years as a spill responder.

Lilly McCrone, Secretary

Lilly McCrone is a licensed Civil Engineer with experience working in the public sector and wastewater consulting. Expertise includes hydraulic modeling, regulatory reporting, advanced wastewater treatment, and project management. Currently working as an Associate Engineer in SacSewer’s Capacity Management group on the hydraulic modeling team.
